This is a gift for my boyfriend and he hasn’t gotten a chance to ride in it yet, but the shirt is great. The material is really nice. It’s soft to touch but definitely seems sturdy and like it can perform as promised. The padding isn’t noticeable unless you’re specifically looking for it. You could definitely just wear this as a normal shirt and no one would know it’s armored, but I feel better knowing he has the protection. Well worth the investment.

This shirt looks great, feels safe and gives me (and my worrisome wife) peace of mind. It is true to size and fits well. I have an above average athletic build at 6ft 240 pounds. Most things don't fit me well in the shoulders and arms, but this shirt feels good and I can still wear warmer clothes under it if I need to. I'll buy another one soon!

As soon as you get your hands on this shirt jacket you’ll immediately be impressed with the quality. Very well made. I maybe would have preferred a YKK zipper but that’s just personal preference, zipper on this seems to be of good quality but only time will tell if it will hold up as good as YKK. The included armor is a bonus. The material is a good combo of being nicely weighted and soft but still inspires confidence in its protection. It’s not going to provide the level of protection that nice leather would but I’m confident it will match the protection of my textile jackets. Now for my one complaint - sizing. It’s so frustrating finding a consistent fit in the world of moto protective clothing and this is no exception. I mean you basically have to forget about whatever size you wear in “normal” clothing and start from scratch when choosing a size to order online. To me this fits somewhere between 1 and 2 sizes smaller than it should. This is true in the larger sizes anyway. I usually were a 2X shirt/jacket and in some brands I can squeeze into an XL but usually not very comfortably. Due to past experience with most protective clothing purchases and reading the reviews on this jacket, I ordered one size up. A 3X to be exact. I know that motorcycle gear needs to fit snug but this is a lot more than that. I can get it zipped but it’s a little more than snug. Good thing I’m in the middle of a successful weight loss campaign otherwise I would return it. As it is, I need about 5-10 more lbs off to be totally comfortable in this. But I know that will come and due to the style and quality of this jacket I will let this add to my motivation to continue losing weight. So keep that in mind when sizing, order at least one size up. And if you fill out a 3X shirt this may not be the jacket for you.
