I normally love wearing my armored riding suit but this hoodies has become my fall Favorite fast! Especially when we took a ferry on a ride one day and the ferry ride was so chilly! It was AWESOME to be able to put up the hood!
It’s is super comfortable, armored and stays on in places where fabric will shift of blow up in the wind. My friend was wearing this hoodie in a 65 MPH crash in highway and totaled the bike. She walked away with a small cut on her elbow. Epic!
I will say it runs large. The sizing chart says for me to wear a XL which I originally ordered, however large fits with room for layers.
The exchange process was SUPER easy. New hoodie arrived so fast!
Very comfortable! The armor doesn’t feel too bulky, and it looks great.
You get what you pay for, I am sure there are much better brands out there for 5x the price but as a beginner rider with not a lot of cash flow, NBT is the best way for me to stay protected on the road. The body guard hoodie, in my opinion, runs exceptionally large. My boyfriend wears and XL in most clothing and the Medium hoodie almost fit him with the armor in it. I exchanged it for the XS and as a tall but not large girl it fit me well. It is definitely long in the body but the sleeves are long enough and it is not overly cumbersome, as well as plenty warm and comfortable. For the price, it is a very nice hoodie and I would absolutely recommend it to a friend.
